Spring has SPRUNG maybe you noticed, maybe you didn't- considering everything that is going on, but the spring equinox has kissed the world and now this side of the world will begin to grow warmer! I'm not sure about you, but I've been going out of my way to sit in the sunshine and soak up that energy and the vitamin D.
- Spring Cleaning: lets deep clean this house, workspace shed, and ANYWHERE! Its time of getting rid of anything we no longer need or doesn't support the newness of spring. For you to achieve your goals and overcome any kind of challenge that you face, it's crucial that you set your intention. You must have somewhat of a clear and deep understanding of what kind of outcome you're wanting to have. Ask yourself: How will my life be different when I accomplish this goal? This is what pulls you through the storms of life no matter how hard they may be. We all face hardship. Overcoming difficult times will require you to follow a healthy set of principles. Without an intention you'll find yourself wandering aimlessly throughout life. Intention will be a key pillar in your success. It's knowing what your desired outcome is before even starting. Not having a clear intention is what holds most of us back from achieving our goals. The stronger your intent, the more likely you are to succeed in the long term. For example, if you want to be healthier then you should write down a list of all the reasons why being healthier would benefit you and the impact it will have on your life. Even when it's something we're passionate about. You should write down all the reasons why you want to pursue that dream or goal and how it's going to make you feel. How will life be different once you've accomplished that goal. Having a clear intention will be your secret sauce to get back up when you hit a wall. It's going to be your own formulated intention that only you can truly access. You'll get to a point where progress is your only option. Intention is the start to a lasting change.
Have A Plan

This is a key pillar in creating the life you desire. Having a map to conquer your goals is essential to having any kind of lasting achievement. Setting your intention is the foundation and having your plan will strengthen it. This is what makes it much more real. You can start by cultivating a step by step plan which will improve your productivity and speed up your progress. The progressive small steps are what create the base for our greatest victories. It's going to require a strong self-discipline and a willing attitude to improve or get better. There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs. A majority of the most successful people in the world in any field have used specific habits, tools, tactics and routines to get there. You must be willing to research which books or blogs to read, online courses to take, podcasts to listen to, and which experts to follow in your field of interest. You have the opportunity to learn almost anything by simply pulling up your phones browser and typing in the question. The internet is the advantage we have over the other previous generations. Find what works best for you. Go out and try stuff. When you fail, fail forward. You can't tell how far you're going to go if you never start.

What brings your
intention and plan together successfully is taking massive action. Look over
your plan and begin to go all in on attaining your goals. Submerse yourself in
whatever area it is that you want to succeed in. You will face challenges and setbacks
during this process. Don't allow it to make you quit or give up. This is what
99% of the population does. You must be willing to endure the pain and keep
moving forward. This will make you stronger and significantly enhance your
self-awareness. You will not become successful if you're not taking any real
action. This is the key component in making significant improvement in your life.
It's going to require you getting off the couch and taking those necessary
steps to get to the next level. With so many different things going on around
you and constantly trying to steal your attention, it's essential to routinely
evaluate what you're spending most of your time doing. There is enough time in
the day for you to work on improving your life. Are you going to spend your
spare time watching Netflix and getting lost in social media or use it to
cultivate a remarkable life? The decision ultimately always comes down to what
you choose to do with your time. When you decide enhancing the quality of your
life is a priority, great things will happen. Acting on your goals is the only
way you can measure if you would ever accomplish them. You don't want to be at
the end of your life feeling regretful of the risks or chances you didn't take
today. Life is short and what we do today determines our tomorrow. Set your
intention. Have a plan or blueprint to follow. Take massive action and move
forward no matter what life throws at you. You've been given the gift of choice
and you decide how this story will unfold."
- Start Breaking a Sweat! Spring is the season of Earth in Gilden, and we want you to make sure you are connecting with that element and the physical aspect of it! Let's get that blood pumping and a sweat going. It helps your body do a "spring cleaning" of its own, and BONUSE if you get outside to do it! During this time of isolation, and social distancing there are options. Walks outside, trail walks if the rails are dry, park/nature walks, or even better- yard care! Gardening is always going to help you connect with the planet, and your body!!
- Springtime Foods: A little more difficult in this stressful time, but now is the time to learn canning and how to properly store fresh foods. In the times when we can go out, and fetch groceries. Try to select fresh foods, or items which are in season for your location. It won't last for weeks or months, but they will be more vitamin and nutrient dense, which helps your immune system, mental wellness, and physical health. This is an important time in our world's history, and I firmly believe that the world is reminding us how to take care of ourselves, even in crisis.
- New Creative Projects: this is the time of year when our blood stirs, and while being stuck home can be maddening. It isn't if you give yourself something to funnel your energy into. Garden in check and home cleaned? Maybe you've just had enough of those options- take up knitting, crochet, painting, drawing, sculpting, yoga, meditation, reading, or even writing! Some of the greatest works in HISTORY were created during quarantines, why not give yourself the opportunity to try something new?
- Collaborate with others: This may be harder right now, but you are not alone. You are never alone in the date of tech and communications. We are reading this right now, on the internet, and you have contacts in your phone. Reach out to people in those ways. Write letters. Share your projects and progress. Spread that new positive springtime energy behind any means you have to connect with people.
